Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer various shipping options to cater to different needs. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times are based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days – $3.00
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days – $7.00
- Express Shipping: Next business day delivery (for orders placed before 12:00 PM) – $10.00
International Shipping
We currently ship to a select number of countries. The available options will be shown during checkout based on your shipping address.
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days – $0.00
- Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days – $3.00
Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing and the destination country's regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected carrier issues. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the address before shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
